2015年歐洲佛光山信眾五日禪簡章
一.宗旨:透過禪坐及行禪等課程,訓練心意專一,開發內在潛能,及建立對禪修
的正確認識。
二.日期:2015年6月30日~7月4日(星期二~六)
三.禪修指導:禮請 佛光山堅寬法師指導
四.地點:法國佛光山法華禪寺
五.語言:中文、英文、法文
1.凡對佛法修證具堅定信念,身心健全,無不良嗜好,有志於禪修者。
2.年齡:18歲以上至70歲以下。
3.禪修期間,能全程參加,並嚴守禪堂規矩者。
七.名額:70名,額滿為止。
1.自費120€(在學學生憑學生證,80€)。
2.禪修服借用清洗費:由本寺提供
(請自備:u貼身內衣物5套以上,免洗式或帶回家清洗
v易穿脫、走路時不發出尖銳聲響的鞋子)
3.食宿由本寺提供,歡迎隨喜打齋。
1.日期:即日起,額滿為止。
2.手續:請上網至http://www.foguangshan.fr/複製表格,填妥報名表,連同
護照影印本、自傳(中文或英文,300字以上)及一吋相片1張,
一併繳交至佛光山歐洲各道場,並由道場法師安排面試。
3.經本會審核通過後,即寄發報到通知單。
4.敬請及早報名,以便作業。
十.報到時間:6月29日(星期一)18:00-20:00完成報到手續,
6月30日(星期二)於早齋後09:00起香。
7月4日(星期六)午齋後圓滿賦歸。

1. Objectives: To cultivate mindfulness through the practice of meditation, awaken our
innate potential, develop the right view and a deeper understanding of meditation.
2. Date: 30th
3. Instructor: Venerable Jian Kuan from the Meditation Hall of Fo Guang Shan

4. Venue: Fa Hua Ch’an Temple, Fo Guang Shan France
5. Language(s) : Chinese with English/French interpretation.
6. Eligibility:
a. Anyone who has strong faith in Buddhism, and is interested in practicing
meditation as well as willing to abide by the rules of the Meditation Hall. Good
health condition, with no bad habits are essential.
b. Age: between 18 ~ 70 years old
c. Can complete the whole course and observe the rules of meditation hall.
7. Quota: 70 people only.
8. Fee:
a. 120€(80€ for those with Student Card)
b. Borrowing and Laundry fee for meditation practitioner’s outfits provided by the
temple. Please bring with you:
j At least five sets of underwear and socks. Should be disposable or taken home
kShoes should be easily worn and taken off, and should not make any sounds
lMeals & accommodation are free, however, donations are welcome.
9. Application:
a. From now on until the quota is full.
b. Application form can be downloaded from http://www.foguangshan.fr. Summit
the completed application form and documents (copy of passport, one passport
size photo, biography (either in Chinese or in English, not less than 300 words) to
our affiliated temple(s) in Europe, where interview will be arranged.
c. Confirmation letter will be sent to successful applicant(s).
d. Please apply as soon as possible.
